The Post Trauma Growth workshop is designed for active duty military and veterans, first responders, and their families who have experienced special difficulties or challenges in their personal or professional lives.
The workshop serves those living with the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and those who would benefit from developing skills to manage the effects of unusually stressful events in their lives or in the lives of loved ones.
This experiential Equine Facilitated Learning workshop is offered over two days, each approximately 6.5 hours. Registration includes one 60-minute coaching session delivered via Zoom within 30 days of completing the workshop.

This is about learning life skills to serve you going forward.
Based on the research and writing of Linda Kohanov (The Power of the Herd, The Tao of Equus, The Five Roles of the Master Herder) and her Eponaquest Method, the goal of the workshop is to enable participants to identify how their behaviors match or conflict with what are considered pro-social responses to challenging circumstances in their personal and professional lives.
Using a simple, straight-forward A-B-C approach, augmented with immediate, meaningful feedback, participants will:
NO HORSE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This is a ground-work focused workshop, meaning there is NO RIDING and no expectation of being off the ground at all.
The Workshop takes place at The Sanctuary Indoor Arena, 19 Crossfire Road, Pinedale, Wyoming (behind Bomgaars). Travel instructions and directions will be provided upon registration.
Participation is limited to eight people to ensure each participant is afforded the opportunity to fully engage with the material and have ample time with the horses. Cost for the two-day workshop and follow-on coaching session is $225.00 per person.
