Have a look around - learn about us, what we do, and what we can do together.
Or take a moment to drop us a line. Let's connect and start talking about our next steps together.
Our unique approach combines Equine Facilitated Learning, Narrative Coaching, Experiential Learning, Consulting, and Guided Discussion methodologies, delivered in small groups, with teams, and individually in workshops throughout the United States. You won't just read or hear stories of leading, healing, and learning; you will experience and practice the critical skills required to achieve mastery.
Expand Coaching Skills
If you are already a coach, therapist, or facilitator, working with horses or not, there is always more to learn. You may be considering integrating Horse Assisted Activities and Experiences into your practice or just wanting to learn new experiences to introduce to your clients. Being exposed to other methodologies, learning to ask more powerful or essential questions, and reading signals from horses and humans can enhance your effectiveness and grow your practice.
Expand Executive Skills
We use proven effective skill building models developed by Linda Kohanov, founder of Eponaquest and author of The Five Roles of the Master Herder and The Power of the Herd; Patrick Lencioni, author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and Six Types of working Genius; and Gerhard Jes Krebs, founder of the International Association of Horse Assisted Education and creator of The HorseDream Corporate Approach. Using assessment tools, we create and deliver specific developmental opportunities.
Expand Self-Healing
Changes in life may contribute to isolation, loneliness, and depression. Our bodies react in various ways to these changes. Veterans, first responders, emergency medical personnel, survivors of human trafficking, even religious leaders carry burdens for years or decades without ever learning how to process their experiences. The superpower of the Horse is their ability to give immediate positive feedback, demonstrate connection, and carry away the burden.
We don't teach horsemanship. We are not "horse whisperers." We don't offer trail rides.
We partner with horses in our workshops not just to teach new skills, but to remind us of what we have always known about Acceptance, Boundaries, and Connection.
Take a few minutes to enjoy this beautiful video. Created by Gerhard Jes Krebs, it explains the HorseDream concept, but more importantly discusses the historical and emotional connection between horses and humans.
We know unwanted emails are as welcome as flies around a barn. You'll only hear from us if you sign up.
